Every student, faculty, and staff member is asked to complete the survey, across every campus, college, program, and division. The goal is to have representative voices from across the entire university in order to guide future efforts.
Data will be analyzed by Texas A&M's Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Evaluation in collaboration with the Department of Student Life Studies and the Office for Diversity. All identifying information will be redacted from open-ended responses and we will not share results that identify anyone in any manner. Protecting your confidentiality is our highest priority. All results will be reported in the aggregate; no respondents will be identified in any way nor specific responses associated with a specific individual.
The survey, which is being taken by all students, faculty, and staff across Texas A&M University, will take up to 30 minutes of your time. Supervisors are encouraged to allow employees to complete the survey during work hours.
If you experience problems with the survey or have questions, please contact the Office of Institutional Effectiveness & Evaluation at email@example.com. If you have a concern about the project, you may contact the Texas A&M Human Subjects Protection Program at 979.458.4067 or submit a report to Texas A&M Ethics Point at https://secure.ethicspoint.com/domain/media/en/gui/19681/index.html.
The feedback provided will give valuable information to university leaders across Texas A&M that will be crucial in helping develop programs and strategic plans specifically related to diversity, inclusion, and equity across the university.
