Every student, faculty, and staff member is asked to complete the survey, across every campus, college, program, and division.  The goal is to have representative voices from across the entire university in order to guide future efforts.

There is a set of questions specifically related to the campus climate that everyone will be asked to complete.  These questions focus on sense of safety and belonging at Texas A&M, perceived progress on the Diversity Plan goals related to both diversity and inclusion, and general attitudes related to campus climate.
 
Students will be asked additional questions to help college and university leadership gain insights into their overall educational experience and to help identify ways to support the overall success of current and future Aggies. 
 
Additionally, several of the colleges, campuses, and departments included questions specifically for their employees. These questions ask about experiences in the departments.  
 

Data will be analyzed by Texas A&M's Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Evaluation in collaboration with the Department of Student Life Studies and the Office for Diversity. All identifying information will be redacted from open-ended responses and we will not share results that identify anyone in any manner. Protecting your confidentiality is our highest priority. All results will be reported in the aggregate; no respondents will be identified in any way nor specific responses associated with a specific individual. 

The survey, which is being taken by all students, faculty, and staff across Texas A&M University, will take up to 30 minutes of your time. Supervisors are encouraged to allow employees to complete the survey during work hours.

The feedback provided will give valuable information to university leaders across Texas A&M that will be crucial in helping develop programs and strategic plans specifically related to diversity, inclusion, and equity across the university.

Staff & Faculty

You can choose to be entered in a random drawing to win one of ten 10.2-inch iPads. We will be drawing for winners from everyone who has completed this survey AND opted-in for the drawings. We are drawing for winners on the following schedule:

• February 18th - Three winners will be drawn from everyone who opted-in for the drawings AND completed the survey from 02/10/21 to 02/17/21!
• February 25th - Four winners will be drawn from everyone who opted-in for the drawings AND completed the survey from 02/10/21 to 02/24/21!
• March 8th - Three winners will be drawn from everyone who opted-in for the drawings AND completed the survey from 02/10/21 to 03/07/21! 

When you submit your responses to this survey, you will be directed to a separate form where you can provide your email and name for the drawing only. Please note: Your name, email, and your phone number WILL NOT be associated with your responses - the contact information for the drawing is a separate form from your responses to the survey.

Student

You will be automatically entered in a random drawing to win one of two 10.2-inch iPads (one for undergraduate and one for graduate student). We will be drawing for winners from everyone who has completed this survey after the survey closes. Everyone who has completed the survey will also receive an email with Dell Discount Offer.
